It really is Halloween, even though there is 6 inches of snow on the ground. This year the Family Compound decided to take advantage of our sweet Halloween costumes ! I don't remember loving Halloween as much as I do now. I imagine that is what kids will do to you. So glad I was able to capture these great costumes with their cousins. What a fun day !

Miss A&B

We were scheduled to take our session outdoors..... however, mother nature decided to throw us a curve ball, SNOW in October. We had just as much fun in the studio. Watching these two laugh and play together was a joy. Just seeing how they make each other laugh and enjoy being together made this session xtra fun.

This has to be in my top 5 favorites sessions ! It's a beautiful fall afternoon, I have one of my bff around my neck and I get to photograph 3 of the most amazing woman I know. These 3 woman are full of life, laughter and inspiration. It is truly wonderful to witness such outstanding talent ! I can't remember a session where I laughed as long or as hard as I did at this one ! Enjoy your preview ladies !

Nothing better than a beautiful fall day for a family photo session. The weather was perfect and this session was full of energy - especially with a full of life little one to run around with. Little M surely practiced her "cheese's" but the most precious images came when she was just being herself. 

Griffins Got Gutts & Kicking Butts for Crohn's & Colitis Foundation

I had the pleasure of meeting this family a couple of years ago when they won a photo session with me. Since the moment I met them, we instantly clicked and I have been photographing them since. The one thing that always happens when we are together is laughter ! They have got to be one of the most outgoing and fun families I have yet to meet.
This photo session was a bit bittersweet. Today they will be walking for a cure to Crohn's disease. A tragedy that has hit home with one of the twins being diagnosed with Crohn's. Though an extremely hard situation to handle, if anyone can prevail it is this family. The support and love they have for each other shines through each and everyday. They are very blessed to have each other as I am to be a part of their lives.

Baby G's Cake Smash

Baby G had a lot of pressure to attack the cake ! Mom & I were sure he was up for the task at hand. Little did we know, he had his own plan in mind ! What started out as a cake smash, turned into a cake, balloon, stool photo session.
Again, proving that little ones do what they want, when they want. Which is when you get the best picture.
I loved how this little guy made me smile endlessly, he is a real charm ~ so much for the "smash" but we achieved some great smiles !
